The Compac 4 drive unit with Ø60 mm PowerLine chain is suitable for conveyance of pellets as well as grinded  feed. The drive unit is equipped with a large aluminium wheel to ensure stable and steady operation with minimum wear on the plastic discs. Furthemore, the drive wheel can be inverted to double the durability. The slanting bottom of the drive unit makes it self-emptying, thus reducing the accumulation of feed in the machine to a minimum.

Reception unit type-M

A reception unit with an electric dosage system does not wear down wire/chain and allows remote-controlled start/stop of distribution.
No over-dosage caused by feed in the pipe circuit returning to the reception unit simultaneously with dosage from silo.
Optional empty running of the feeding system minimizes strain at start-up.
Straight and optional moving direction of wire/chain ensure flexible and functional installation.

A feed dispenser must be simple for the pigs to operate, reliable, easy to adjust and to clean. ACO Funki offers feed dispensers for feed meal, pellets, muesli and CCM. Dry feed dispensers which actively or passively mix dry feed with water in the feed trough are also available.
