Guest registration system

To get a better overview over all our guests and to keep track on statistics, we decided to use a special software.

The software is installed on the iPad which is now placed in the reception near the main entrance.

ALL EXTERNAL VISITORS MUST BE REGISTERED.

It only takes a minute to register, and if your guest has visited us before, he is already in our database and can do search by his mobile phone number.

After the guest has typed his/her data and chosen the person he is visiting, the label sticker will be printed right away.

Kindly ask your guest to wear the label while he/she is visiting.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE INSTRUCITONS BELOW in order to help your guests to register.

1. Choose your language.

2. Choose Arrival or Departure.

3. If the visitor has been here before, he/she can find the data by typing mobil no. and then Search.

4. The visitor who has been here before, can now confirm his/her data.

5. If it is a new visitor, he/she has to type the following: Name, Company, Mobil no., E-mail, Country (for foreign visitors).

6. The visitor should accept our company’s rules.
The he/she should choose from the list who he/she is visiting. The person who is being visited, will receive the email right away.

The registration is now completed.

Remember to check out at departure.
