Rasmus Andersen has just expanded its farrowing unit in Koelkær, Denmark. After renovation, it is now the place for 1.000 sows. For the new barn, Rasmus has chosen FUNKI's farrowing pens F207.

These farrowing pens are constructed so that they provide the maximum possible space for even the largest sows. The farrowing pen has a special feature - a soft plastic-coated rear gate, which is gentle to sows.

Besides, for this project, we have delivered our dry feeding system 60 mm, feed dispensers VD5 and plastic troughs.
